Go Online is about using online tools and websites for publishing resources and information, collaborating and interaction.
There are some easy free tools to get you started - just login and create an account. You can use these sites with your students or colleagues to share and work together. If you wish to access an Illawarra Institute Online Tool, contact the TLI Team or complete a Request Form (see menu).
Explain the main features of Moodle 1.9.5, including course structure, editing features, instant messenger, blocks
Adapt or develop a topic or learning activity using Adult Learning Principles and a Learning-Centred Design approach
Create and edit your Moodle profile, including setting forum tracking
Message people and 'My Moodle' page
Modify course settings, including format (weeks/topics), number of topics/weeks, start date
View course participants list to check last login or access student profiles
Apply adult learning principles and learning-centred design in creating a Moodle unit or course
Build a learning activity/topic in a Moodle course, including use of editing on, edit tools, add resource and activity interactions, upload a file, insert images, hide/show, re-arranging content.
Explain the impact of Moodle on teaching and learning in TAFE.
Publish course and enrol students.
